TikTok Banned in Pakistan for immoral indecent Content By PTA 2020 hello today is bad news for TikTok user’s in Pakistan PTA Pakistan telecommunication authority has banned using TikTok application rest of Pakistan with effect from Friday 9 October 2020, according to Islamabad in a press release showing the number of complaint against in different segments in society against the immoral content/sexual content/indecent contents.
according to PTA, mostly parents are complaining against the TikTok application because their children are not considering in education while using TikToc application, even, they claimed mostly children are doing an abnormal activity to get rank/view status,
currently, PTA issued the letter to the TikTok admin to block the application in Pakistan but, TikTok was given “considerable time” to respond and comply with instructions to effectively moderate “unlawful online content”, said PTA.

The telecom regulator has also informed TikTok that it is open for engagement and will review its decision subject to a satisfactory mechanism by TikTok to moderate unlawful content.
